MYOB Training and Support
As a MYOB Certified Consultant, AMR Business Services is accredited to train you in the use of your MYOB software. We have worked with MYOB for many years and have built up an intimate knowledge of the software during that time.
We understand that it takes a little time to learn, so we are very careful not to overwhelm you with too much information at once. Our training is structured to help you learn at a comfortable pace and is generally conducted one-on-one with the end user of the software.
Following our training you will be able to process your own transactions and refer back to previous transactions. We can also assist you with:
- Setting up your inventory file
- Importing your contacts list so you keep all of your customers’ names
- Learning how to create mailing lists and action follow-up letters
- Target specific customer groups for promotion and monthly specials
- Review your software requirements and upgrade or purchase additional software to accommodate your growing business
Occupational Health, Safety and Environment
With substantial experience and qualifications in workplace health and safety, AMR Business Services can guide you through the minefield of compliance and reporting.
Naturally, our first preference is to help with you with prevention by ensuring you have the correct systems in place to avoid accidents and injuries to people in your workplace.
